News of the Past – Joshua Kieran-Glennon (Class of 2015)

Congratulations to Joshua Kieran-Glennon (Class of 2015) on his Scholarship Award which brings him to Harvard Law School for the 2020/21 academic year where he will focus on commercial law, with a particular emphasis on insolvency law and practice. He aims to undertake a comparative analysis of the position of statutory preferential creditors in Ireland and the US, with a long-term view to informing the development of the related law in Ireland.
