UCD Junior Debating Competition
Thursday, 17th October 2019
Round 1 of the UCD Junior Debating Competition began on Thursday 17th of October.
Teams included:
Frazer McGinn & Daniel Keeley (3rd Year)
Gavin Bowen-O’Connor & Conor Casey (3rd Year)
Senan McCloskey (2nd Year) & Jamie Starr-Bourke (3rd Year)
AJ Adoghe & Amlan Parida (2nd Year)
The motions included:

| Motion 1: | This House would legalise the use of drugs which enhance academic performance. |
| Motion 2: | This House would ban private healthcare in Ireland. |
All of our Junior Debating teams spoke well with Frazer and Daniel taking 2nd place in their round.
