Leinster Schools MACE Final

Congratulations to Alec Linklater, Daniel Keeley, Ben Kieran-Glennon and Frazer McGinn (all 2nd Year), James Carroll and Michael White (both 3rd Year) who competed in the final of the Leinster Schools MACE competition on Saturday March 2nd, in CBC Monkstown.

Motion 1: | This House would hold parents responsible for the crimes of their children. |
Motion 2: | This House would ban emergency workers from going on strike. |
Motion 3: | This House, as Northern Ireland, would choose a united Ireland over Brexit. |
Motion 4: | This House would ban single gender schools. |
Overall the boys were commended for their team work, organisation of points and clear delivery.
There were 71 speakers in the Leinster Final out of 300 students who participated in the event from September.
Daniel Keeley, Ben Kieran-Glennon and James Carroll have qualified to compete in the Nationals on April 6th in Colaiste na hInse, Co. Meath.
