Leinster MACE Qualifications 2020
Back in February 2020, AJ Adoghe, Patrick Hayden, Luca Kenny, Harry Pierce and Gregory Quinn (all 3rd Year); Ben Kieran-Glennon, Conor Hughes and Daniel Keeley (all Transition Year), qualified for the Leinster MACE and they competed in Clonkeen College against 120 other students.
Ben Kieran-Glennon, Patrick Hayden, Luca Kenny, AJ Adoghe and Gregory Quinn proceeded to qualify to compete in the Nationals which were due to be held in March.

Motion 2: | This House Would give the Student Council a Place on Teacher Interview Panels. |
Motion 3: | This House Would Pursue a 0 Covid Policy on the Island of Ireland. |
Motion 4: | This House Would Require Colleges to Set their Own Matriculation Exams. |
This term, they were again given the opportunity to compete in this competition and Ben Kieran-Glennon and Gregory Quinn have now qualified to compete in the Quarter Finals.

Looking forward, we have two teams registered to compete in the UCD Debates this year and two teams hoping to qualify to speak at the ICYD in Cambridge.
