JUNIOR CERTIFICATE RESULTS

EXCELLENT RESULTS BY THE CLASS OF 2022

We congratulate our Transition Year students, their parents and teachers, on these results.  There were 312 A’s/Distinctions amongst 1605 honours in higher level papers.

Highlights include:

• 89 A’s in Higher Level Maths

• 59 A’s in History

• 47 A’s in Modern Languages

• 20 Distinctions (90%+) in Science

• 1,770 Higher Level papers sat across all subjects with a 98.8% Pass Rate

• Blackrock College is a mixed ability school

These results confirm that Blackrock is a school where every boy can be the best he can be.  They are a celebration of Teaching and Learning and confirm the potential within the Class of 2022.
