JUNIOR CERTIFICATE RESULTS

HIGH STANDARDS CONTINUE TO BE SET

We congratulate our Transition Year Students, their parents and teachers, on very good results.

There were 305 A’s amongst 1,531 Honours in Higher Level papers.

Highlights include:

• 70 A’s in Higher Level Maths

• 46 A’s in Science : 22 A’s in Irish

• 39 A’s in Modern Languages

• 1,680 Higher Level papers sat across all subjects with a 99.2% Pass Rate

• 100% Pass Rate in all Ordinary Level papers

• Blackrock College is a mixed ability school

These results confirm that Blackrock is a school where every boy can strive for excellence, be the best he can be. They are a compliment to the Teaching and Learning process and confirm the potential within the Class of 2021.
