Cricket – Leinster Schools Senior Final v CUS, 2022

Philippe Le Roux (5th Year) and his senior cricket squad came up against a very strong CUS in the final of the Leinster Schools Cup.

Early wicket losses had us on the back foot and we ended up with a total of 96 runs all out. In contrast, CUS had a very strong start and achieved the target of 97 runs for the loss of only two wickets.

While the boys are disappointed, we are not. They have had a great season and should be pleased with reaching the final. It is a young squad with enormous potential.
