Climate Change Day of Action, Nov 2019

This morning’s Carbon Tax collection – €2 on every car entering the campus – realised €959.68.

We thank all members of the Blackrock – Willow Park Community, the overwhelming majority of whom supported the initiative.

I thank our Green School Committee members, Aidan Canavan, Lorcan Patchell (both 6th Year), Rory McGuire (5th Year), Matthew O’Donnell (TYr), Fraser McGinn (3rd Year) Cathal Geraghty, Oisin Daly and Ethan Spain (all 2nd Year) who collected the money this morning, 7.30am – 8.45am.
