THE CAMINO DE SANTIAGO

We congratulate the Transition Year group:
Adrian Binder, Conor Byrne, Sean Byrne, Cian De Burca, Sean Desmond, Tom Dowdall, Shane Holohan, James Kelly, Charles Lawless, Joe MacIntyre, Kevin McCabe, Conor McKeon, Jack Millar, Mark O’Connor, Joseph O’Donnell, Kevin O’Donnell, Des Roche, Steven Ryan, Jack Scannell,
Jack Stacey led by Fr. Marc Whelan, CSSp. (Provincial), Mr Conor McMahon, Mr Patrick O’Neill and Ms Sinéad Nolan on an excellent Pilgrimage.

The group followed the Camino Francés, a journey of 130 km.
It was a arduous week played out in difficult weather conditions, but the determination and enthusiasm of the group never wavered.

Well done, boys.

I thank Fr. Whelan, Ms Nolan, Mr McMahon, Mr O’Neill and, of course, Mr Tom Ryan whose organisation and planning was faultless.
