Basketball update

We congratulate Captain Calum Henry (6th Year) and his Senior Squad on two excellent victories over St Michael’s (41 – 17) and more recently against St Columba’s (44 – 33) on Wednesday last, 29th September 2015. This augurs well for the season.

Andrew Keenan (6th Year) is our top scorer with 18 points against St Michael’s and 16 against St Columba’s.

It is a strong Squad and we wish them well for the season.

Our U16 Squad, captained by Michael Ryan (3rd Year) have had one match, beating St Michael’s (30 – 10). Michael Ryan led the way by scoring 20 points and this coupled with a great defensive discipline ensured victory.

I wish the boys well for the season ahead and thank our Coaches Mr O’Neill and Shane Kelly (Class of 2013 ) for their preparation of the Squads.
