Basketball – U16 East Leinster League Semi-Final

Having to field without our two top scorers, Ronin O’Halloran and Jimmy Gilligan, both injured, the extended squad stepped up and performed superbly, with the game being much tighter than the score line suggests.

Paddy Morris (3rd Year) with 12 points was excellent, just edged out in the scoring stakes by Pablo Villarroya (4th Year) who got 13.
The experience gained in this game will benefit the squad hugely in the long term as the season is far from finished. We still have an opportunity to get into the Playoffs in the league as well as having the All-Ireland Cup semi-final in January.
