“Reminder that you’re dust and to dust you shall return”
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent. It is a time of prayer, fasting and penitence. Ashes were distributed to each year group in liturgical services throughout the morning.
Each service had a different focus.

The respect, reverence, solemnity, and engagement of the boys was admirable. Many took ashes home for family members.
