Pastoral – Boarders Family Mass 2021

Chief celebrant Fr. O. Brolchain, taking his lead from the gospel, emphasised the importance of ROBUR in our lives, the strength to make good decisions and carry them out.

In a stirring address, Director of Castle, Niall MacDermott, shared what is required to be a ‘Castle man’. The emphasis is on high standards in all that we do.

It was great to have parents back in the College chapel amongst them the President of the Union, Robert Brophy (Class of 1983) who represented our many past students worldwide.

We thank our celebrants F. O’Brolchain and Fr. Nash, sacristan Irene Dunne, organist Carole O’Conor, Mr Brennan, Mr Keena, Mr MacDermott, Mr Mealiffe, Mr Halpin, Ms Crimmins and of course Mr Madden. This was an impressive occasion. Boarders be inspired by the example of those around you, be it the Castle staff, your teachers or your peers.
