The motion for the 4th and 5th Year Gold Medal Debates was:

In an excellent debate Michael White won the TY Gold from James Carroll, and James Turley won the 5th Year Gold from Conor Slattery.
We thank the boys for their engagement and in particular Mr Sheil, Mr Maher and Ms Pierce for their adjudication and organisation of the debate.
