Gaelic Football – Dublin Schools U16 Semi-Final, BC v Lucan CC

Congratulations to captain Cian Ryan (T Year) and his U16 squad who had a convincing win against Lucan CC in the Dublin Schools semi-final on Thursday January 30th.

We got off to a quick start and raced into a 1-5 to no score lead. However, Lucan did not lie down and registered several scores on the bounce, which would have been more if it wasn’t for the goalkeeping expertise of Robert Kenny (5th Year).

Our scorers on the day were Darragh Dempsey (5th Year) (1-11), Seán Purcell (1-2) Paddy Corbett (1-1) Johnny Quirke (1-1) Charlie O’Brien (1-0) Paddy Van Zuydum (1-0)
(all T Year). Although the scorers may receive the credit, this was a great team display from 1 to 20.
