TAKE NOTICE – CONNECT – GIVE – KEEP LEARNING – BE ACTIVE
MONDAY – TUESDAY – WEDNESDAY – THURSDAY – FRIDAY
5 Themes prompted by our 5 values: –
Be Caring | Be There | Be Truthful | Be Grateful | Be Respectful
We congratulate the committee on the Wellbeing Booklet which was given to every student today, Monday, which provides detail on our daily programmes.
One feature is the CPR 4 Schools programme which will be rolled out to as many students and staff members as possible throughout the week. I encourage you all to do it.
Learn (i) how to perform CPR; (ii) how to use an AEP; (iii) how to assist someone who is choking; (iv) how to respond to cardiac arrest on a child; (v) how to recognise a stroke.
Other features include chair-aerobics, Mindfulness, a Gratitude Journal for the week and, for 6th Years, access to the Cubie Sensory Hub which is designed to prevent sensory overload.
We thank Ms Markey, Mr McKimm and our Student Wellbeing Committee for the excellent programme and wish them well with the week
