All-Ireland Schools Golf Final 2026

Finishing with an outstanding four-under-par round and an impressive forty Stableford points, Sixth Year student Freddie Bracken delivered a superb performance to win the All-Ireland Schools Golf Final — the first time the school has claimed the title since 1977.

Held at Lucan Golf Club, the competition brought together the top schoolboy golfers from across Ireland, many of whom represent their provinces and countries at international level. Freddie established an early lead with birdies on the 3rd, 4th, 7th, and 8th holes before adding four further birdies during a remarkable closing stretch. His exceptional scoring proved unmatched by the rest of the field, and he was presented with the All-Ireland trophy by Golf Ireland President Fiona Delargy.
