Soccer – Joe McGrath Cup

Congratulations to Captain Peter Quinlan (6th Year) and the senior soccer squad on their opening Joe McGrath Cup victory against Castleknock College. Billy Griffin (6th Year) scored twice to give us an early lead. Scott Cullinane’s (6th Year) pin point through ball split the Castleknock defence open to put Ross O’Reilly (6th Year) through on goal and he slotted the ball past the Castleknock goalkeeper.

I thank our coaches Mr O’Brien, Ms Mullen and Jack Reilly (Class of 2017) for their preparation and organisation of the squad.
