Mace Debate in UCD

On Saturday, the 23rd of March, three teams competed in the National Mace Debating Championship, organised by LawSoc in UCD, and sponsored by Matheson.

The three teams were: Mark McGrane 5th and John Huggard (both 5th Year), Shore Oluborode, Max McKenna, Dylan Hutchinson and Niall Meagher (all 6th Year).

After three qualifying debates, four teams out of the 32 present were selected for the final including Mark McGrane and John Huggard.

The debate was won by a team from CBC Monkstown.
