To put it mildly, the conditions were very tough on Sunday last, 1st May, as in excess of 140 cyclists of all ages departed this College on a journey that took them to Kinnegad and back.
Torrential rain and strong winds did not put them off and they returned in good spirits, at 7.30pm, 11 hours later!
The Willow Wheelers led by the doughty Christy McDaid are made of tough stuff. All of this was in aid of the Spiritan missions.
