Junior Debating in Belvedere College
Saturday, 28th September 2019
Attendees: Conor Hughes & Ben Kieran-Glennon (2nd, 3rd Year), Amlan Parida & Gregory Quinn (both 2nd Year), Harry Pierce & AJ Adoghe (both 2nd Year), Luca Kenny & Patrick Hayden (both 2nd Year), Alec Linklater & Oisin Daly (3rd, 2nd Year) represented at first the Junior Mace Debate of the season last Saturday.
The motions included:

This House Would not allow children to attend religious services, ceremonies or education until the age of 18. |

Conor Hughes was awarded 5th best speaker.
Ben Kieran-Glennon was awarded best speaker.
Both Ben & Conor qualified for the Belvedere MACE final and Ben was awarded best speaker in that final.
The next competition is in UCD on Thursday October 17th.
