Strictly Come Dancing

APRIL 29TH/30TH 2015

We thank Mount Anville, Principal Patricia Bourden, Deputy-Principal Ms Clear and TY Co-Ordinator Ms McWilliams for their invitation to join them in their Strictly Show and help raise funds for The Alzheimer Society of Ireland and MS Ireland.

55 of our finest took to the boards displaying (surprising!) dexterity and poise through a variety of dancing genres including Salsa, Jazz, Disco, Charleston, Jive, etc.

It was the Line Dancing that won out and we congratulate Daniel Wall, Mark Nealon, Ronan Mullen and Stephen McLaughlin on their success.

I congratulate all the boys on a great night’s entertainment – one of the many highlights was Carl Delaney’s solo singing performance.

I thank Mr Brennan for his liaison at the ‘Rock end.
