Soccer – Blackrock College v St. Benildus

Congratulations to Captain Aran Horgan (6th year) and the Senior Soccer team on their 1-0 win over St. Benildus in the metro south semi-final. Chances were few and far between in the game. St. Benildus defended with great shape, and although we dominated possession we found it difficult to create many chances.

The best chance in the game came in the 77th minute and was taken well by Michael O’Keane (6th year).

The final will be Wednesday, 24th January against Coláiste Éanna. We wish them well.
