MISSION SUNDAY

Community Leader and College Spiritual Director, Fr. Cormac O’Brolchain, was Chief Celebrant at last Sunday’s Family Mass. He told the assembled congregation that, through Baptism, we are all missionaries.

He congratulated the boys on their start at Blackrock and told them that each should have the ambition to be a loving person, caring of all we encounter.

It was a fabulous liturgy with excellent music, singing, reading and participation.

Mr Brian O’Neill (Class of 1981) and his wife Evelyn represented the College Union.

I thank Ms O’Kane, Ms O’Connor, Mr Grumley Traynor, Mr Donal Brennan, Mr Owen Brennan, Mr O’Reilly, Mr Tom Ryan, the Dean Mr Hurl, the parents and boys in attendance for their contribution to an excellent liturgy.
