Sailing – Canadian & World Championships

Congratulations to Hugh O’Connor (Transition Year) who competed in the Canadian National Laser Championships in August, with four qualifying races and 5 championship racers held over the four days with one discard. Hugh finished 9th overall.

The World Championships followed up in the same location. 185 participants from 4 continents, this was a big event. Hugh finished 11th in the silver fleet, a fantastic achievement.
