Rugby – Blackrock College v Palmerston North Boys High Results

Congratulations to our Senior Squad on their victory over PNBHS last Thursday, 20th September. A senior 2nds XV also recorded a victory. We were delighted to welcome the staff and boys of PNBHS particularly as they had hosted the Blackrock squad on our summer tour to New Zealand.

The games were very competitive and played in Great Spirit.

I thank our Games Administrator Mr O’Brien and Coaches Mr Vanstone, Mr Lambe, Mr Murray, Mr Pickering and Mr Toomey for their dedication to our senior squad.

I thank in particular the Blackrock parents who welcomed the PNBHS boys into their homes for 2 nights. Tours such as this would not be possible without this generosity.
