The Blackrock College entry Man Altogether ‘swept the boards’ at the St. Andrew’s Drama festival held this week, Wednesday and Thursday, March 21st – 22nd. Written and directed by Mr Maher, performed by Tom Dwan, Michael Cagney, Harry Keyes and Rob Kinsley.
The Play won: Best Play, Best Director, Best Actor (Tom Dwan and Harry Keyes, both 5th Year) and best supporting actor (Michael Cagney, Transition Year) and Robert Kinsley (5th Year) won a ‘special certificate of excellence’ for his performance as St. Mammy.
I congratulate Mr Maher and his fantastic cast on this outstanding performance, the result of genius and hard work. We look forward to seeing them perform in the C.A.D.L after the Easter break.
