29th & 30th September 2017

The first MUN conference of the year was held last weekend (29th-30th of September) in Terenure College. We had 27 students in attendance as delegates and a further 3 who took on the role of chairs in the committee rooms.

Our three chairs were; Christopher O’Flaherty (6th year), Andrew Ryan (5th year), and Michael Ryan (5th year). The standard of debate was very high and some complex issues were discussed. Four students obtained distinguished delegate awards; John Huggard (Transition year), Lorcan Patchell (Transition year), Mark landers (Transition year) and Drummond McGinn (5th year).
