LEINSTER SCHOOLS’ SENIOR 2^NDS (DIVISION 1) CUP

This was a great game – another battle to the end between two excellent sides.  We commiserate with Brian Grogan and his fellow 6^th Years.  Their last game in the BLUE AND WHITE was a memorable contest and one they can be very proud of; their disappointment was palpable and understandably so.

We congratulate Matthew Campbell (5^th Year) and his House Squad.  They won with pride and with dignity.  They understood the nature of the occasion and showed great respect for their elders.  Well done and thank you.

I thank our Coaches Mr Kehoe, Mr Daly, Mr Neville, Jeremy Loughman, Jack O’Carroll and Mark Roche for their preparation of the Squads.  An all ’Rock Final is a pleasing sight especially when it is played in such spirit.
