GREENWATCH 2014

An Taoiseach, Enda Kenny, formally launched Greenwatch at Government Buildings yesterday, Wednesday 14th May.
Greenwatch, produced by 4.1 Geography under the inspirational stewardship of Mr Campbell, is an excellent read which tackles the environmental issues of the day – Global Warming, Air Pollution, our Carbon Footprint, Overpopulation and Fracking – as well as informative articles on Earthquakes and Volcanoes, the Barrier Reef and the San Andreas Fault.
It is a great read and good value as €5 particularly as the profits go to GOAL.
I congratulate editors Ben Layden, his management team of Ben Nolke, Jordan McDonald, Sam Moreland and Frances Toner and all the boys of 4.1 Geography who have made this project such a success.
Finally, I thank Mr Chris Brennan and of course Mr Campbell – this is the 25th Anniversary of our 1st Greenwatch, a remarkable land mark.
