Golf-Irish School’s Senior Championship

Congratulations to the Blackrock Senior Golf Team who qualified today in the Irish School’s Senior Championship held in Greystones Golf Club.

The team, led by Robert Galligan (6th Year), Alex Bolger (5th Year), Matthew O’Brien (4th Year) and sub Jake Foley (3rd Year) who had a fantastic combined score of 230. Narrowly beaten into 2nd place with the same score as St Gerard’s. Our team was not put off by the dreadful conditions and we look forward to the next round.
