An Interview with Ógie Ó Céilleachair
We commend Gavin Bowen-O’Connor, James Slowey and Edward Spain (all Transition Year), who recently interviewed the Irish novelist, podcaster and educator Ógie Ó Céilleachair, for Blackrock College Radio. Having read Mr. Ó Céilleachair’s novel ‘Cúpla’ during their Irish studies at Junior Cycle, their in-depth interview explores a broad range of questions, from contemporary youth issues, to the nature of the artistic process – and all ‘trí Ghaeilge’!
To access the full interview, be sure to tune in to Blackrock College Radio, on Wednesday November 18th at 12:50 p.m. – 1:05 p.m., stream their interview online via the B.C.R. website or via the Blackrock College Twitter account. We thank Mr. Ó Céilleachair for his generosity and for sharing his wealth of experience and knowledge with our Transition Years. “Beatha teanga í a labhairt”.
We thank Ms Ni Shuairc for her organisation of this opportunity.
