Basketball Ireland U-19 East-Leinster League

Congratulations to Captain Barry O’Sullivan (6th Year) and his squad on securing an East-Leinster Quarter final place. Huge credit must go to Rob Kelly and Gary Byrne (both 5th Year) who came in and were outstanding on defence as, until well into the third quarter, we had only conceded 6 points (two of which were free throws). That defensive platform and a clinical first three quarters secured the win.

Our top scorer Roberto Brusasca (5th Year) scored 10 points, Barry O’Sullivan (6th Year) scored 9 points and Karl Conroy (6th Year) scored 7 points.

Victory over St. Conleths on Wednesday the 9th November will secure a home quarter final.
