on their victory in the League final over

Lycée Français d’Irlande

on Thursday, 11th January.

 
It was a busy week for our Team as we played our first game on Monday, 9th January, against St. David’s in Greystones, winning all four singles and both doubles matches.

On Tuesday in a home semi-final with Gonzaga, Ross Brandon (5th Year) replaced the injured Callum Ryan (5th Year) and in a tight match we managed a 4-2 victory and qualification for the final.

The final was a close affair. We won the singles 3-1 but lost the doubles 0-2. However, Victory was ours on total points scored.

I thank Ms. McMahon for her preparation of the team and wish the squad well in the Leinster tournament which starts next week
